Terms of Service

Savannah Tracing provides tracing, verification and claims-administration support. Final entitlement decisions remain with the responsible institution unless lawfully delegated otherwise.

BenefitWatch membership

The founding-member price is N$35 per month for a 12-month membership and covers the primary member plus two nominated persons, subject to applicable authority and consent requirements.

Success Recovery Fee

Where a benefit is successfully recovered through a Savannah-managed recovery case, the customer authorises a Success Recovery Fee equal to 10% of each amount successfully recovered and paid, under the signed recovery mandate. No Success Recovery Fee is due merely because a potential match is identified or a case is opened.

Debit mandates

The membership debit authority and Success Recovery Fee mandate are separate authorities. Collection is subject to the signed mandate, payment-provider and banking rules, and confirmation of the underlying payment.

Privacy and authorised searches

Savannah uses personal information for authorised tracing, verification, claims administration, communication, security and lawful record-keeping. Searches are limited to sources Savannah is authorised or permitted to use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Contract wording and debit-order operation remain subject to final legal and banking-provider review before production collections are activated.
